Terms of Use

StockBoard is the inventory and sales system of MCC Mae Anne Cunanan Laminates. By signing in, you agree to these terms.

Who may use StockBoard

Only staff and online agents with an account approved by the Administrator. Each account is for one person and matches their role (Administrator, Manager, Cashier, Inventory Officer or Online Agent).

Your account

• Keep your password to yourself and sign out on shared devices.
• Tell the Administrator or Manager right away if you think someone else used your account.
• Everything done while signed in to your account is recorded under your name in the Audit Log.

Using the system

• Enter sales, orders, payments and stock movements truthfully and on time.
• Use the store's prices, costs and client details only for store work, and do not share them outside the store.
• Do not try to reach pages or data your role does not allow, or to disrupt the system.

Accounts the store may change

The Administrator may change your role, reset your password, or disable your account, for example when you leave the store or these terms are not followed. Commissions already earned stay on record.

Changes to these terms

The store may update these terms. The newest version is always on this page.
